We’re pleased to announce that Sanova has officially passed the BETA milestone! This critical phase brought in a range of powerful new features and improvements:

• • Redesigned UI for a more intuitive user experience
  • In-app email messaging with tracking capabilities for delivery and read-receipts
  • introduction of “Packages” – organize and email documents grouped by deliverable, capital event, or any other metric that matters to you.
  • bulk action capabilities including CSV imports of investors, Contacts, and Positions with import confirmation of clarity
  • Group organization – segment your team by department, 3rd party provider, or other criteria
  • General improvements, backend stability and bug fixes for a smoother user experience

We are now fully focused on preparing for the General Availability (GA) build. Our target release date for the GA version is set for January 1, 2025, and we can’t wait to make it available to all our users.

In addition to the GA release, we’re also working hard to launch a dedicated mobile application, which we plan to roll out by the end of Q1 2025. This app will offer a seamless, on-the-go experience for users, making it easier than ever to access key features and stay connected.

Looking further into 2025, we have even more exciting developments in the pipeline. We’re planning the release of our GL (General Ledger) accounting application and fundrasing platform. Stay tuned!
